A real person reads these and we aim to reply within two business days. Pick the closest match. It gets to the right place faster than a general message does.
Call your local emergency number or go to A&E. CiCi cannot help with a reaction that is happening now, and waiting for a reply costs time you may not have.
None of this is required. A one-line message is fine, and we would rather hear from you badly than not at all. But these are the things that let us act on the same day.
The product name and barcode, or a link to the page · What CiCi said, and what the package says · A photo of the ingredient panel if you have one
The venue page link · What is wrong, and what is correct · Whether you want the listing corrected or removed
The email address on the account
What you found and how to reproduce it · We will not threaten you, and we will credit you if you want it
The email address on the account
A wrong verdict is the most valuable message we get. The ingredient lexicon is hand-built, and a correction to it fixes every page and every future scan that touches that ingredient rather than just the one you found. Those go to the front of the queue.
If you run a business we list, you are not stuck with it. The restaurant data is imported from OpenStreetMap and marked as unverified, and no venue carries a safety score until a real report exists. If something is wrong we will correct it, and if you want the listing gone we will remove it. You do not have to argue for it.
