Yes, this is gluten free
Lecithin, the gums and the mono- and diglycerides are all gluten-free. They come from soy, sunflower, seaweed, citrus peel and bacterial fermentation, none of which involves a gluten grain. They appear in long ingredient lists and look industrial enough to worry people, which is the whole reason the question gets asked — the word that genuinely warrants a second look is the "modified" in modified food starch, and it is not one of these.
monoglycerides is covered by CiCi's entry on emulsifiers and stabilizers, which share this answer and the reasoning behind it.

Point CiCi at the barcode on the product you're holding and get this same reasoning in about two seconds, plus the carbs and the full nutrition panel. 360,000+ packaged foods are already read and waiting.
This answer comes from CiCi's ingredient lexicon — the same rules the scanner uses, not a separate article. Where reputable sources disagree, CiCi takes the conservative position and says so.
